Linear guideways are fundamental mechanical components that provide controlled, low-friction linear motion in automation and machinery. The system consists of a stationary rail and a moving block (or slider) integrated with recirculating ball or roller bearings, which replace sliding friction with smooth rolling motion.

Typical applications span CNC machining centers, semiconductor manufacturing equipment, industrial robotics, automated assembly systems, and precision inspection instruments. Multi-Axis Linear Modules represent high-precision automation systems engineered by integrating individual single-axis linear modules in orthogonal (XY, XYZ) or parallel configurations. These systems are designed to provide controlled, programmable motion along multiple degrees of freedom. Typically built upon precision ball screws or high-performance belt drives, each axis is driven by a servo or stepper motor, ensuring accurate positioning, repeatability, and high-speed performance. The system's motion is centrally coordinated by a multi-axis motion controller, which synchronizes the movement of all axes to enable complex motion paths, such as linear interpolation, circular interpolation, and contouring. Common configurations include XY Tables, Gantry Systems, and XYZ Cartesian Robots, widely used in applications like CNC machining, 3D printing, automated assembly, precision dispensing, and material handling.

It owns 13 invention patents and dozens of utility model patents, supported by a dedicated in-house R&D team and strong innovation capabilities.

The company serves a prestigious client base, including leading new energy lithium battery manufacturers such as CATL and BYD; 3C industry leaders like Huawei, Foxconn, and Xiaomi; photovoltaic industry players including银川小牛 and Wuxi Lead; as well as numerous automation industry partners.

Leveraging advanced Korean technology, high-end production equipment, and a team of specialized talent, SKR prioritizes product quality, management excellence, and service improvement. Currently, the company employs 100 people, including 22 technical professionals and 6 senior engineers.

As a manufacturer focused on the upgrade of semiconductor core equipment—specifically six-axis positioning platforms—SKR specializes in R&D, production, and after-sales service of key semiconductor components. These include ultra-precision platforms for wafer probe card isolation layer drilling, wafer bonding, and flip-chip bonders; direct-drive technologies; programmable AOI-compatible LED source drivers; voice coil motors; micro-nano precision positioning platforms; six-axis alignment platforms; and magnetic levitation integrated systems.

With meticulous process design and strict quality control throughout production, SKR utilizes imported CNC machining centers, gantry milling centers, CNC lathes, laser interferometers, Keyence displacement sensors, and Grade 00 marble assembly platforms to ensure superior product quality.

By combining multi-axis motion systems, SKR develops semiconductor ultra-precision six-axis positioning platforms used as core motion execution mechanisms in advanced equipment. These solutions help customers overcome precision motion challenges in fields such as semiconductor co-nanometric pitch-roll positioning, LCD, PCB, medical, laser, 3C electronics, new energy, automotive, and various other automation industries.
